Before applying, please review our current and upcoming litters to decide which one you are interested in. We ask that you only apply if you are seriously ready for a puppy, so it is best to do all your research before starting the application. If you cannot find the answer to a question you have, please feel free to reach out to us!
If a litter is posted on our website, we are actively taking applications unless stated otherwise on that specific page. If your application is approved, we will schedule a quick phone call to answer your questions and make sure we are a great fit for one another. Once everything is answered and we all want to move forward, we will let you know which puppy pick numbers are still available.
To officially move forward, you will review and sign our puppy contract, then submit a $500 non-refundable deposit. We only take a limited number of pre-birth deposits per litter, which varies depending on the mama and ultrasound results. Once your deposit is paid and the contract is signed, your spot on the litter list is reserved!
Once you are on the list, we will send emails to help you prepare for your puppy. You will get access to the litter’s webpage to see photos, care updates, and temperament assessments, alongside our regular updates on Instagram and Facebook. Once the puppies are two weeks old, you can also schedule FaceTime calls or visits to see them (we do not allow visitors before two weeks to keep germs away!).
Pick Day happens around six weeks of age, either in person at our home or via FaceTime. In the weeks leading up to this, our family spends a lot of time taking notes and learning about each puppy's unique personality. Right before Pick Day, we will send you their temperament profiles, detailing what kind of home they would thrive in, and we will even recommend which puppy we think best suits your family before you make your final pick!
Puppies are ready to go home at eight weeks old. Right before Go Home Day, we will ask you to look through your signed contract one more time just to make sure everything is fresh in your mind. Your remaining balance will be due upon pickup, and we gladly accept either cash or Venmo. You will also receive a puppy pack of goodies to take home with you! Note: If your puppy is flying to you, the final payment is due via Venmo at seven weeks of age.
As the breeders, our family reserves the right to the first male and female pick of every litter. We may not always choose to keep these spots, in which case we will move families up on the list.
If at any point we feel a situation is no longer a safe or right fit for one of our puppies, we reserve the right to stop the process. The safety and well-being of our dogs is our highest priority.
